These legal activities involve the elaboration, analysis of commercial agreements, such as distribution of products, agency contracts, software licensing, technical assistance and professional technical services agreements, franchising, contracts for the hiring/selling of businesses, technology transfer, know how, among others.

It is an 'expertise' our firm the elaboration and/or examination of the aforementioned agreements, as well as the elaboration of legal opinions about specific clauses, controversial legal matters and the support on the complying with Office Actions issued by the BPTO regarding the registration of technology transfer agreements.
